ASM Exhibits specializes in custom-built trade show booths, displays, and exhibit solutions. All products are made-to-order based on customer specifications. Product images on our website are for reference purposes only; final products may vary slightly based on customization.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders require written confirmation and a signed approval of the design proof before production begins.
  • Full or partial payment may be required upfront depending on the order size.
  • We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.
  • Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

4. Production & Lead Times

  • Production begins only after payment is received and design is approved.
  • Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
  • ASM Exhibits is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations will not be accepted. Please contact us immediately at info@asmexhibits.com if you need to cancel.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged or defective items.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content on www.asmexhibits.com are the property of ASM Exhibits. You may not reproduce or use any content without our written permission. Any custom designs created for your order remain the property of ASM Exhibits until full payment is received.

8. Limitation of Liability

ASM Exhibits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
