1. Order Processing & Production Time
All products from ASM Exhibits are custom-made to order. Once your payment is confirmed and your design is approved, production will begin. Typical production time is 10–15 business days, depending on the complexity and size of your order.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at info@asmexhibits.com before placing your order.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Large trade show booths and displays may require freight/LTL shipping.
Shipping method will be determined based on:
- Size and weight of the order
- Delivery location
- Customer preference (if applicable)
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation. For large freight shipments, a separate shipping quote will be provided.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard ground shipping: 3–7 business days
- Freight/LTL shipments: 5–10 business days
These are estimates only. ASM Exhibits is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@asmexhibits.com
- Include your order number and photos in your email
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Trade Show Deadlines
If you have a specific trade show date, please inform us at the time of ordering. We will do our best to accommodate your deadline, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to variables in production and shipping.
We strongly recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks before your event date.
